Music, Music…
I absolutely love music. My tendency is toward progressive rock and metal.
For the record, though, I consider myself to be a lover of all rock styles. I throw in a little jazz on occasion. Mostly I love the long progressive jams and deep, dark guitar riffs. Makes life worth living at times.
I figured I’d make a page dedicated to my favorite stuff or what I’m listening to right now. I’ll throw videos in here when they are available or links to a myspace page or whathaveyou.

1. Opeth- Watershed
This is from Watershed and is an incredible song. One of the best of the years is my guess when the year is done.
2. Pure Reason Revolution
Very mixed sounds here, but very cool.
3. Otep
Nothing like Opeth as my brother tried to convince me recently that he thought they were the same. Otep is the singer and she has a ton of personality and anger.
4. Dillinger Escape Plan- Ire Works
This album is very good and maintains the Dillinger Escape Plan integrity. Black Bubblegum is the song and this is a bit of a departure for the band.
5. Pelican
Great Post Metal.
6. Dax Riggs
Released an album under his name instead of Deadboy and the Elephantmen. Very good short songs. Still morbid lyrics. Great voice and cool riffs.
7. Always listening to Tool.
8. Godspeed You! Black Emperor
I wish Silver Mt. Zion would take a break and Efrim would get back with Godspeed. Such great music.
